It depends on the panel. Tests that measure fasting glucose, triglycerides, or insulin require fasting for 8–12 hours before your appointment. Other tests like CBC or thyroid panels do not require fasting. We recommend drinking plenty of water and avoiding strenuous exercise the morning of your visit.

Most standard panels are processed within 24 hours. Advanced panels such as the Cardiovascular or Executive Panel may take up to 48 hours. You will receive your results securely by email or through our patient portal.

We are a cash-pay facility, which means our prices are transparent and significantly lower than traditional insurance-billed labs. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide an itemized receipt you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Both options are available. Walk-ins are welcome during our regular business hours. However, scheduling an appointment online ensures you are seen with minimal wait time and allows us to prepare your paperwork in advance.

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any notes from your physician if applicable. If you have had recent labs done elsewhere and would like us to compare results, bring those records as well.

Yes. We serve patients of all ages. For minors under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to provide consent. Our staff is trained to make the experience as comfortable as possible for every patient.

Our team reviews all results before delivery. If a value falls outside the normal range, we will contact you directly and, when necessary, recommend you consult with your physician. We can also provide a physician referral if you do not currently have one.
